Sometimes you do not realize what you are missing until it is gone. IT is never to late to come on back. I breaks my heart when people make the choice to stop maintaining their health. Why? Because that choice is a choice leading to more disease, getting worse, leading to more drugs, then surgery, and hundreds of thousands of dollars in sick medical debt.
