Are you doing your Spinal Rehab Exercises at home? Well, you can do them at home with Dr. Zaino. In between your adjustments to the office, you must be doing your spinal rehab: wobble chair, Head weights or Wedge, Horizon Glasses, and the rehab exercises shown above. Make it a part of your daily routine, first thing in the morning, then again before bed. IT should not take you any longer than 10-15 minutes, and will give you hours of higher function and productivity.
